Professor Maxey says deeper sanctification is intensely personal and normally takes significant time. No leader can finish it in one prayer. Crucifixion in Rome often lasted days. God can cleanse in an instant, but he does not bypass our minds. He asks us to offer ourselves knowingly. Give him real time.
